Terms and conditions for using CloudMount

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing and using CloudMount, operated by CloudMount Technologies Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform.

2. Use of CloudMount

CloudMount is for businesses and professionals aged 18 or older. You agree to:

• Use CloudMount only for lawful purposes under Irish and EU law
• Not scan websites or systems you do not own or have permission to scan
• Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or damage the platform
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Not copy, resell or create a competing service from CloudMount

3. Intellectual property

CloudMount's software, design and content are owned by CloudMount or our licensed partners. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a licence to use it to provide and improve the service.

4. Compliance reports

Reports are for informational purposes and should be reviewed by qualified professionals. We do not provide legal advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on reports, missed issues, false positives, or regulatory changes after your scan.

5. Limitation of liability

CloudMount is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for loss of data, revenue or profits, business interruption, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before your claim.

6. Payment and subscription

Fees are charged monthly or annually, with 30 days' notice of price changes. Payments are processed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period, with no partial refunds.

7. Data and security

You are responsible for the data you upload. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
